Odoo & multi-branch rollout

A project by Mohamed Magdy Eldanaf · 2020 — 2024

At Port Said Star, the business moved from an early-stage data environment toward operational Odoo workflows. My contribution included master-data delivery, implementation support, branch connectivity, and POS infrastructure. This case study covers ERP and infrastructure work, not authorship of the company’s websites.

Scope & delivery

ERP implementation support

Bridge business data and daily operational workflows.

  • Master-data preparation and implementation-team participation
  • Inventory, purchasing, accounting, and sales workflows
  • Support for day-to-day Odoo operations

Branch operations

The systems around ERP matter as much as the application.

  • POS peripherals, printers, scanners, and branch connectivity
  • Server infrastructure, file services, and security
  • Centralized attendance and multi-branch support
